As a group, we are grateful to the society from which we emerged. Hence we believe we should give back from where we have received.We have been generous to our community by supporting in various means over the past few decades and willing to assist in future as well.  

 

Our group has been supporting its employees over the last few decades in order to uplift their lives by offering fair pay scales according to the economic fluctuations of the country. Apart from that, working hours, leave facilities and other facilities are in line with the industry requirements. Equal opportunities are given to the right talent.

 

Once a year the entire workforce are taken on all paid excursion where they can relax and enjoy the day with live music, dance and good food. Also, every year we organize a Christmas party as our yearend get-together. It’s where our employees being awarded with valuable gifts for various categories such as, best attendance of the year, best performance of the year, Director’s special award and many others for each of the four companies.
